Kanye West It’s about something in his new Malibu pillow – whatever that thing is… he wants to help the guy who lives in one of the most exclusive homes in town.
James Goldstein — who owns the famous Sheats-Goldstein residence in Beverly Crest Hood in Los Angeles — told TMZ that he recently encountered Ye… and not only that, but it looks like they’ll be working together on an architecture project.
This project, we’re told, includes some of KW’s intricate plans for his newly purchased mansion along the coast…ones he thinks Goldstein could advise him on, given his experience in the field.
If you didn’t know… JG’s house is probably the most gorgeous in all of La La Land, due to its stunning construction and elaborate architecture – most of which were executed by the late John Lautner, who collaborated with James years ago to revive his vision.
With that in mind, we told James got a call from Kanye last week to see if they could link up and talk to the store about the house’s design — and after sending his architect to check out where James was, he told the guy he himself visited on Friday to see it for himself.
James says you just walked around the grounds, took pictures and completed some features he found dazzling – staircase and pool – and eventually got clean on what he wanted…namely for him (James) to come to ‘Bu and help him with his project.
James says Yi is interested in James’ experience and perspective, and indeed… he accepted his request. Now, as to what exactly Kanye’s cooking, JJ says he actually showed him some oblong slash plans – but he couldn’t really fathom them, so he’ll swing in person soon to talk more in detail and find out what’s on Yi’s mind.
Remember, this is where Kanye dropped to over $50 million… and based on his extremely nude looks, we can say he could use some skirts. You are in good hands!
