New York Police said WWE star Seth Rollins was attacked during Raw at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York Monday night, and one person has been arrested in the incident.
Rollins was walking back after a match with Finn Balor when a fan came out of nowhere and speared him. The fan was soon handled by the umpires and security and taken out of the ring.

Early Tuesday, the NYPD identified the fan as 24-year-old Elisa Spencer, of Brooklyn. Spencer is accused of leaving his seating section and jumping on the bulkhead to attack Rollins. Police said he faces charges of attempted assault and attempted art and cultural violation (disrupting a live sporting event).
Police said Rollins had a swollen lip and refused medical treatment.
“WWE takes the safety of its artists very seriously. The person who attacked Seth Rollins has been handed over to the NYPD and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” WWE said in a statement to Fox News.

Rollins reappeared later in the night to face Kevin Owens, who was knocked out by his Survivor Series team the night before. Big E, who beat out Austin’s theory to retain the WWE title, attacked both of them ringside.
The fan incident came a day after Rollins participated in a Survivor Series 5-on-5 Elimination Tag Match at a pay-per-view in the same arena.
Rollins teamed up with stars Roe Balor, Owens, Bobby Lashley, and Austin Theory to defeat SmackDown’s Drew McIntyre, Jeff Hardy, King Woods, Happy Corbin and Sheamus.
